Placing an order

When you make an order for goods you are accepting the Terms and Conditions of the Baxter Angling website.

Full payment of the total price of the goods must be made to Baxter Angling Limited before your order can be accepted and the contract between us is formed.

It is our intention to ensure all images, specifications and prices are correct at the time of publication. These may from time to time vary due to alterations made by manufacturers. You will be advised by email or phone of any changes prior to confirmation of your order.

If you do not wish to proceed due to any changes in stated specifications or prices we will of course cancel your order.

We accept no responsibility for incorrect images, specifications and prices.

In the event of a pricing error we shall have the right to refuse or cancel your order whether or not it has been confirmed.

All products are subject to availability. However, we will advise you before confirming your order by email or phone of any out of stock items and the approximate expected restocking date. If you do not wish to proceed we will cancel your order.

Payment

Payments must be made in £ Sterling only, unless otherwise specified using any of the cards shown, cheques or bank transfer (cheques must be cleared before we despatch your order).

When you have completed your selections you are automatically transferred to WorldPay for 100% secure payment. WorldPay is an internationally recognised online merchant payment provider (www.worldpay.com/uk) - part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group.

After placing an order the Customer will receive an e-mail confirmation of order for the purchase.

Delivery

Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only although if a product is in stock, we aim to despatch your order the same day or at the latest within 24hrs. If we cannot dispatch an item to you within 21 days of order we will notify you by e-mail and at your request we will cancel the order and refund your money in full. Baxter Angling cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the manufacturer, or any other third party.

Baxter Angling delivers worldwide. All items dispatched are fully insured during transit. All UK orders are sent via 1st Class Recorded Signed For mail, for large/heavy orders an overnight courier may be used.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred as a result of any delay in delivery of the goods.

As internal damage to packaged goods cannot always be identified on delivery, the customer must sign for the goods as "unchecked". Any visible damage to packaging must also be stated on the drivers delivery sheet.

Any damage identified on inspection of the goods must be advised to Baxter Angling within 48 hours of delivery. It is important that all packaging is retained as this may be required for any claims against the carrier. In such circumstances the claim will be dealt with by Baxter Angling. Replacement goods will be despatched upon return of the original goods. Claims for damage outside the above time scale cannot be accepted.

Incorrect Goods

The customer must notify Baxter Angling of any goods supplied incorrectly within 48 hours of delivery. The goods must not be used and repackaged in the original packaging to protect them from damage. Baxter Angling will request that you return small items back to us by post. We will refund your postage costs by crediting your credit/debit card or by issuing a cheque. Replacement goods will be despatched upon return of the original goods.

Returns

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 7 days from receiving the goods for a replacement or refund. Before returning goods please contact us by email or phone for advise on the best method of return.

Returned goods can only be accepted unused and in perfect condition including all manuals and instructions packaged in the original protective packaging as on delivery. We cannot accept return of goods which have been removed from sealed packaging, goods specially ordered in or orders that have been customised specifically for you.

Carriage costs incurred for delivery or return of unwanted goods are to be paid for and at the risk of the customer.

On receipt of returned goods in a satisfactory condition, a replacement will be sent or a refund will be paid as soon as possible by the same payment method as used on the original order. Credit card refunds will be re-credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days.

These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Any change will not affect any contract existing between us at the time of the change.

Cancellation

Baxter Angling reserves the right to refuse any order or part of order or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate or process the order.

Baxter Angling accepts no liability for any failure to ship products where this results from it inability to do so or its decision on reasonable grounds not to do so, provided it takes all reasonable steps to notify the customer within 14 days of order placement that products will not be shipped as ordered. In such cases Baxter Angling will immediately refund any payments made in full. The consumer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days which starts from the day after the day the customer receives the goods except where the goods are perishable. The customer will have to pay the cost of returning the goods. Baxter Angling will refund the customers money within 30 days of cancellation.

Your Account

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Baxter Angling only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Baxter Angling reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Governing Law

The contract between us shall be governed in accordance with English Law and the English Courts shall have sole jurisdiction in respect of any dispute between us.

The English language shall be used when making an order and will be used in the contract between us.
